I had a fantastic stay at Iberostar Quetzal, blending relaxation with wildlife excitement. The beach was beautiful, and the staff, especially Diana at the palapas, made my experience so much better. I did notice some issues with loungers being claimed for too long, but overall, the vibe was calm and family-friendly.
